                         OBJECTIVES
     
     My wife and I desire to seek meaningful employment managing a Hotel in the South Lake Tahoe region while offering exceptional customer service and hospitality to consumers as well as exceptional administrative duties to the owners.
 It is our goal to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests.
   
                 A LITTLE BACKGROUND
     
       I have lived in South Lake Tahoe for the last ten years. I am a husband and Father of three. We run our own LLC as well as being an independent contractors for multiple businesses in South Lake Tahoe over the years. I have been a promoter for both Blu and Opal nightclubs as well as a manager for multiple hotels in Tahoe. I have extensive knowledge in computer technology and construction and maintenance. We have three wonderful children which we home-school. I am active in A.A., Freemasonry and other service organizations. Service above self is a way of life for me and not just a catch phrase.

QUALIFICATIONS

·         First and foremost we are reliable and honest.
·         Exceptional customer service skills.
·         Extensive management experience in the hospitality setting.
·         Skilled in Unlawful detainers (Evictions) throughout the process.
·         Highly skilled in accomplishing hotel human resource objectives.
·         Skilled in promoting and marketing the business.
·         Skilled in managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure as well as maintaining statistical and financial records.
·         Experienced in setting and achieving sales and profit targets in the tourism based economy that is South Lake Tahoe.  
·         Experienced in analyzing sales figures and devising marketing and revenue management strategies.
·         Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe software products.
·         Proficient in the operation of most business and office equipment.
·         Skilled at dealing with customer complaints and comments whatever they may be.
·         Able and willing to perform maintenance, order and stock supplies, as well as maintaining renovations and furnishings.
·         Extensive construction and maintenance skills including carpentry, drywall and minor plumbing and electrical..
·         Have multiple business and service industry contacts in South Lake Tahoe and the ability to put them to use.
·         Ability to understand market variations and adjust to them as needed.

·         Ability to carry out inspections of property and make repairs or have repairs done as needed. 

·         Ability to ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations including city ordinances and TOT taxes.    

·         Ability to problem solve and meet any needs that may arise.  

·          Excellent guest service orientation and attention to detail.

·          Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

·          Good planning and organizational skills.


EDUCATION

       I have an A.A. in computer technology from Heald College Concord. I am currently a full time student at the Lake Tahoe Community College where I have maintained a 3.611 GPA. I am currently studying for an A.S. in Computer Technology (Web Design) as well as an A.A. in Business and have passed two of the six California Real Estate classes
